This policy explains how Modo Technical Services, LLC ("Modo", "we") handles information on this website and in the Modo Lead Line text messaging program.

Information we collect

Website. This website has no forms, accounts or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested.

Lead Line text messages. When you text the Lead Line we receive your mobile number and the content of your messages. Those messages may include details of a customer lead, such as a name, address, phone number, email address and a description of the work requested.

Email and phone. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send.

How we use it

We use Lead Line messages only to understand the lead you sent, reply to you about it, and, after you confirm, create the lead in the CRM of the company you work with. We use contact information only to respond to you.

Service providers

We use service providers to run the Lead Line: a messaging provider to send and receive texts, a cloud hosting provider to run our software, an AI model provider to read the text of your messages, and the CRM provider your company uses. They process information only to provide their services to us.

Text messaging information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Our software keeps Lead Line message details only as long as needed to complete a lead and schedules them for automatic deletion after 14 days. Our AI model and messaging providers keep records under their own retention policies. Leads you confirm are stored in your company's CRM under that company's control.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest in our cloud environment, and access is limited to Modo staff who operate the service.

Your choices

Reply STOP to the Lead Line to stop receiving messages. To ask about or delete information we hold, email hello@modotechnicalservices.com.

Children

This website and the Lead Line are not intended for children under 13.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
