Modo Lead Line SMS Terms

Program

The Modo Lead Line is a text messaging program operated by Modo Technical Services, LLC ("Modo"). Participants text details of a new customer lead to our Lead Line number (posted here once active). The Lead Line replies with a summary of what it understood and asks the participant to confirm before the lead is saved to the participant's company CRM. The demo line is available only to people Modo has enrolled for a demonstration.

How you opt in

You opt in by sending your first text message to our Lead Line number (posted here once active). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. The Lead Line sends replies only in response to messages you send, typically one or two replies per message.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to our Lead Line number (posted here once active) at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@modotechnicalservices.com.

Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The demo line is provided for evaluation. It is offered as is, without any promise of availability, and may be changed or ended at any time.
